A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR

When we opened Bank Art Gallery, my goal was to create more than a place to simply hang artwork. I wanted to build a space where artists, collectors and our community could come together, discover something unexpected and experience art in a way that feels personal.

The gallery continues to grow and evolve. Our Living Exhibition model allows the space to change throughout the year, while featured exhibitions, artist talks, special events and The Vault Solo give artists different opportunities to share their work and their stories.

What excites me most is seeing people walk through our doors and connect. Sometimes it is with a piece of art. Sometimes it is with an artist. Sometimes it is simply discovering this incredible building and realizing what is happening here in Newburgh.

There is still so much ahead for Bank Art Gallery, and I am incredibly excited about where we are going.
