CELEBRATING TWO YEARS AT BANK ART GALLERY
Two years ago, during Newburgh Open Studios weekend, we officially opened the doors of Bank Art Gallery. This year, we’re celebrating our second anniversary with four days of art, artist talks, live music, special pricing and a very special waterfront unveiling.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 | 5-9 PM
BROADWAY GALLERY NIGHT
Join us for Broadway Gallery Night and explore Shifting Perspectives, featuring more than 35 artists across two floors of Bank Art Gallery.
Dr. Lantz will be performing live music throughout the evening as we kick off our second anniversary weekend.
Original artwork throughout the gallery is available for purchase, with special pricing on select works all weekend.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 | 5-9 PM
FLOW STATE ARTIST TALK | 6-8 PM
Spend your Friday evening at Bank Art Gallery and meet the artists behind Flow State: Women Working in Intuitive Abstraction.
Join us from 6-8 PM for an informal evening of conversation as the artists share more about their work, their process and the exhibition.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 | 12-6 PM
NEWBURGH OPEN STUDIOS
Saturday brings together two locations and two very different ways to experience art in Newburgh.
At Bank Art Gallery, explore two floors filled with original artwork from over 35 artists, with special pricing on select works throughout the weekend.
John Carey will perform live at the gallery from 1–3 PM.
Then continue the day on Newburgh’s waterfront for the unveiling of the Marmentini Living Museum and Sculpture Park at 150 Front Street.
This unveiling marks Phase One of an evolving sculpture park that will continue to grow and expand in 2027. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience the beginning of the park while also viewing Rhea Marmentini’s sketches and drawings, offering a glimpse into the works and ideas that will eventually come to life throughout the space.
The Sculpture Park will be open from 11 AM–7 PM, with a special unveiling reception at 3 PM.
This is just the beginning of what is being created on the waterfront, with new work and additional elements planned as the Sculpture Park continues to take shape in 2027.
