The first three plants listed are good for lung health and clearing away of congestion but the wolf’s bane is associated with asphyxiation placed with intention. Dandelion has many health benefits, but the one that sticks with me most is the ability to make a wish. My left lung collapsed when I was 18 years old and again at 19, a time of many changes and decisions for a young person.
